Energy Switch - via Compare the Market
Hi all,
I’ve recently set up up an energy switch from Scottish Power to one of their tariffs advertised via compare the market. I did this before Christmas and as a result of my previous tariff ending are now on the Standard Tariff. Should the process really take this long? Getting through to Scottish Power is a nightmare as well.
As they are taking ages to process this switch, I feel that they are taking advantage as I am obviously paying more being on their standard tariff.

Is anyone else experiencing issues switching through Compare the Market?
