I'm under a debt management  company 30k they have said it take 20 years I work fulltime my concerns are do I need to find a upfront fee will I have to put my life on hold ie will I still be able to save money for repairs on my car will I lose my care are there any come back once I've finished the iva would I be able to get credit after

Hope it’s a free company your using, no upfront fee in an IVA, you can still have a life too, yes you can budget for car repairs, what comeback are you referring to ?
Obtaining further credit should not be your number one priority.

Yes to both, of course it works, but please get some advice from someone who has no interest in selling you something, speak to National Debtline, they are totally impartial in the advice they give, run your situation past them.
