Im not even sure how to contact my MP. Ive never done previously in my life.
Not sure what you mean by unrealistic expectations. My expectations are for a company to follow the legalisation and guidelines which are 30 days request for a SAR notice. It is now been six months and no information received. That is an odd comment from you.

In terms of trying to game the system - Baffling statement. Its a very simple case of me getting my information that i am entitled too.

What difference do you think it'll make?

You've continually tried to one-up the system that you think has wronged you (it hasn't by the way.)
Now you're going after the regulator and the Ombudsman.  Just give it up.
