... with Need Bargains? Apparently these people are the largest of their kind in the world! I should have known by the name, but I didn't. It's taking an age to get anywhere with them to facilitate a refund & now I'm expected to sacrifice 30% of the sale for admin purposes, as this was on the Internet, I don't think so.

Any other experience would be appreciated.

Almost certainly not a UK company. To be honest if be surprised if you get anything out of them.
Their terms of service state the governing laws are the laws of needbargains hmm

Same shop front as a couple that were posted on the old board. Generic T/C policies etc.
No bricks & mortar address easily displayed or phone contact.
Pretty sure this will be a one man band drop shipper.
Found address in privacy policy. Along with a lot that they have failed to update.
