Sky Out Of Contract 1 Month But Moving

I am hoping for some advice. I have been with Sky and am paying £96 PCM. I have contacted them to cancel and they have offered a reduction to my bill to £82.50.
I have two questions:
1 - I am moving soon and when I do I would rather go to virgin (not available at my current address). I am concerned about signing up to another lengthy contract?
2 - Are there any tips to reduce my Sky bill further - and can I do it without rolling into a contract?

Yes , bite the bullet , cancel everything but the basics .
