Normally costs £4 or more, currently available in Morrisons at £2.50? but still above MSE spend limit for competitions of £2.10. (Has this been increased?)

No, it''s still £2.10 (seem to think this was set around the limit for most text competitions - which is sort of irrelevant to purchase necessary competitions as the goods are not allowed to cost any extra just because there is a competition on them)
