21 The Winner will win the following overnight stay at the Fuzzy Duck, Ilmington Road, Armscote, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 8DD ("Prize").
22 The selected winner(s) will receive an overnight stay (one night only) at The Fuzzy Duck, Cotswolds.
23 Booking is required to be 7 or more days in advance.
24 Cancellation is required 7 days prior to stay
25 Winner makes their own travel arrangements to and from the prize draw venue, there is onsite parking available free of charge.
26 The winner is entitled to 1-night stay at The Fuzzy Duck for 2 people, including dinner & breakfast and excludes alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
27 Prize is available to be used once, from winning date until 28th February 2020, excludes bank or statutory holidays, Valentine’s day, Father’s Day, Mother’s day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day & Boxing Day
28 Can only be claimed between Tuesday – Sunday and on approval with the Fuzzy Duck reservations team.
29 There is no cash or other prize alternative to any Prize, except in the event of circumstances outside Baylis & Harding PLC’s reasonable control, when Baylis & Harding PLC reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute a similar or alternative prize of equivalent or greater value.
30 Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
31 Baylis & Harding PLC reserves the right to forfeit a Prize where it reasonably suspects that the Winner is not eligible under or has not complied with these Terms. In such circumstances, it shall award the Prize to a replacement winner selected in the same way as the original Winner.
