Sign says its site is managed by PCS.Redx said:redact personal info and post a copy of both lettersI believe PCS may have not checked it when they issued itcheck the signs at the car park and the initial pcn, that should tell you who the parking company is0 -
So as you say, it's Parking Control Solutions Ltd that are using the abbreviation UKCPS in their own letters. Crazy.
You really couldn't make this up.3 -
Hilarious! Have they copied from a UKCPS letter, it is madness!
Are you already at IAS stage?
Or are at POPLA stage and have submitted an appeal to POPLA already?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Given that info aside how would you respond. Funnily enough they say a warden clocked driver leaving site if this was true why didn't the warden say rules are being breached. As I said MNPR was in use and by the looks of it maybe CCTV or just alot of photos of a person/child. Would I challenge via a SAR or in other grounds if so what?0

Don't know how to respond as I am unclear if this is at POPLA stage or IAS stage, and what stage?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

At POPLA stage. PCS provided comments citing drivers must remain on site and charge is now payable. Provided 6 photos of car/person leaving site and saying rules were breached.0

Is the person shown to be getting out of the driver's seat? If not then say the evidence doesn't show this was the driver or where they went (no landmarks to show they stepped over any boundary of the site).
Is the boundary of the site shown in an aerial view, with flags or crosses slapped on to suggest where the signs are? Is it undated? If so, point out that it is no evidence as it is undated and cobbled together from Google StreetView and fails to show where the 'site' begins and ends, so how can the person in the photos know they are purportedly 'leaving the site' if no site is delineated or shown on any boundary map?
I would also point out that PCS don't seem to know which company is allegedly contracting with the unknown driver because their rejection letter talks about UKCPS who are a memeber of the IPC, not the BPA, a completely different firm.
Talk about the signage evidence being pants/unreadable/sparsely placed with £100 in the tiniest font, etc.
Talk about the NTK not being POFA compliant (if you have never blabbed about who was driving) and if you were not driving, then say so and state that the person in the predatory pics is not you.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Coupon-Mad
No not exactly. Theres an image of the car door open and person standing next to the door so its not conclusive.
When replying to the comments there is only enough space for 2000 characters, is there anyway to upload a file. Looks like no option to do this after the initial appeal is raised.0 -
"the car door" - yo umean the drivers door? Be specific.
There is no way to upload a file
2000 char is more than enough, yo ujust have to be *CONCISE*2
