Nw Bulb customer but not had £50 for switching
Back in December we switched to Bulb for gas & electric. We used a referral code from my step-daughter. We then got several emails to say that £50 had been sent via TransferWise. We entered bank details as requested but didn't get any payment. We queried with TransferWise and they said contact Bulb. We've sent several emails to them, no reply... What now ? Tried telephoning, gave up after 20+ minutes on hold. Is there a Bulb rep on here ?

Has your step-daughter received any benefit from this referral?
Have you tried following the supplier's complaint procedure if you have cause for complaint?
I'm afraid the Bulb rep has not posted on MSE for over 12 months now.
As MSE Martin says, cashback is not guaranteed until it lands in your bank account.
