Amazon and white clilffs of Dover. Grrrr.

An earlier thread on here back in December almost covered this grumble of mine, but was notable for so many downright misleading replies as to be hardly worth the bother of reading.
My situation is that an order I placed on Wednesday this week hasn't been delivered today (I'm an Amazon Prime customer). I have, instead, received an entirely different product -- someone else's order.
The Amazon parcel (standard Amazon cardboard packaging with Amazon emblazoned all over it) didn't contain any paperwork so there's no reference to an order number there.
And the "My orders" section of my Amazon account shows no record either.of my own order, either. Nor has Amazon ever emailed me a confirmation of my order, or a notice of despatch of my order. It's as if Amazon UK has no record of my Wednesday transaction with it.
So the situation is that I'm in possession of someone else's order (order number unknown) whilst my own order (order number unknown) has yet to be delivered.
Can I raise this with Amazon Customer service?
Nope. They'll ring you back but only if you first provide an order number.
They'll even let you email them. . . but only if you first provide an order number.
If you wish to contact them about a missing order number you cannot do so because without the order number you cannot point out that the order number is missing.
I know I could use Online Chat but the utter tedium of that process has always put me off it. I prefer phone calls and emails instead -- preferably the latter, because what's written down is there on the record, whereas verbal exchanges aren't.
For the avoidance of doubt, all I'm asking here, now, is:
** does anyone have the email address for Amazon UK Customer Service?**
Help appreciated!

Thanks for the instant help. Not your fault, nor mine either, that I don't do Facebook. (Sorry about the thread title: it shouldn't have stayed there after I edited out from the first paragraph of the post the bit that would've allowed it to make some sense. So no. Nuffink to do with bluebirds nor even, misspelt clilffs.)

An apology. The thread title referred to the fact that what I've received today (instead of my unrecorded Amazon order) is someone else's order, comprising a large gift box containing a large white stone seemingly gouged from the white cliffs of Dover. It's not chalk though, but pumice. I decided this was too boring to mention so edited it out of the draft post. I should also have scrapped the thread title but failed to. Mea culpa. . .

Found this email address for them on this link:

For issues with your account, such as a billing dispute, you should email cis@amazon.com.For general inquiries, you should email primary@amazon.com.
You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset.0
