If ITV have reason to believe that an individual entrant to their competitions or prize draws has made 30 or more entries using different phone numbers from any one entry platform then the Promoter will treat this as an attempt to unfairly influence the competition or prize draw and all entries submitted by that entrant will be discounted.

The winner must be a UK resident aged 18 years or over at the time of entering the competition, and may be required to confirm proof of age and eligibility.

Each call costs £2, plus your network access charge.

Text entries costs £2 plus one standard network rate message.  If you do not want to receive SMS marketing texts about similar products and services, please add NO INFO at the end of your SMS text entry.

A single online entry costs £2 plus any standard network rate message where applicable. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the website.

In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted.

Car
There is one (1) prize of a Audi A1 Sportback S line Edition 35 TFSI S Tronic 150 PScar (the “Car”) including first registration fee, road tax for the first year and half a tank of fuel. The winner may choose to receive the Car in any of the following metallic colours: Chronos Grey or Mythos Black.

The Prize Provider will use reasonable efforts to deliver the Car to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car, a current driver’s licence and current and valid photo ID such as a UK passport. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the Car.  The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.

7-night Forest Holiday
There is one (1) prize of a seven (7)-night stay for the winner and up to nine (9) companions at a fully equipped five (5) bedroom Golden Oak Treehouse (“Long Forest Holiday”). The prize also includes the choice of one (1) Forest Ranger activity (available at https://www.forestholidays.co.uk/activities/forest-rangers/) for the winner and their companions and an In-cabin Entertainment package (including  with movies, internet access, all TV sports channels including Sky Sports and on-demand and catch-up TV from BBC iPlayer and ITV Hub).

The winner will have the choice of the following locations (the “Locations”):
·       Ardgartan Argyll, Scotland;
·       Beddgelert, Snowdonia;
·       Blackwood Forest, Hampshire;
·       Cropton, North Yorkshire;
·       Deerpark, Cornwall;
·       Delamere Forest, Cheshire (open from 6 November 2020);
·       Forest Of Dean, Gloucestershire;
·       Keldy, North Yorkshire;
·       Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire;
·       Strathyre, Scotland; and
·       Thorpe Forest, Norfolk.

Please note the Golden Oak Treehouse at Keldy, North Yorkshire, and Deerpark, Cornwall, can only accommodate up to eight (8) people. If the winner would like to take nine (9) companions to either of these two (2) locations, the Prize provider of the Long and Short Forest Holidays will make appropriate arrangements for the additional companions to be accommodated in a separate cabin or treehouse. If the Winner would like to stay at Ardgartan Argyll in Scotland, Beddgelert in Snowdonia, Cropton in North Yorkshire or Strathyre in Scotland, the Prize provider of the Long and Short Forest Holidays will make appropriate arrangements for the winner and their companions to stay in two (2) or more Golden Oak Cabins.

Runner up Prizes:
There are three (3) runners up prizes each consisting of either a three (3) night weekend stay (Friday to Monday) or a four (4) night mid-week stay (Monday to Friday), staying in a two (2) bedrooms Silver Birch Cabin with a private hot tub, for each of the three (3) runners up and up to three (3) companions each (the “Short Forest Holiday”).

The Runners up will have the choice of one of the Locations stated above.


Please note that the winner and runners up will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the Golden Oak Treehouse and the Silver Birch Cabin for security deposit purposes.

The Long and Short Forest Holidays must be booked and taken within twelve (12) months of winner confirmation (subject to availability).

The Short Forest Holiday cannot be taken up on the following blackout dates:
·       3 April 2020 to 16 April 2020
·       22 May 2020 to 28 May 2020
·       16 October 2020 to 29 October 2020
·       18 December 2020 to 3 January 2021
·       12 February 2021 to 18 February 2021


Where the winner’s and runners up’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner and runners up when taking up the Long and Short Forest Holidays. It is the responsibility of the winner and runners up to inform the Prize provider of the Long and Short Forest Holidays of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner, the runners up and/or their companion(s) when taking up the Long and Short Forest Holidays, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The Long and Short Forest Holidays exclude any transport, meal and drinks, attractions (other than specified above), spending money and travel insurance. The Long and Short Forest Holidays are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged and used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
