Joining this forum is a first for me but after reading on the website that they would love to hear about what i think of resolver i could not help but join. After making a complaint myself to LG RE my faulty washer still under a manufacturers extended warranty and not really getting anywhere I decided to reiterate everything through resolver. Hey presto I got a response the next day via phone call from company. I was unhappy with the response from LG and contacted Citizens Advice/trading standards who refused to help with any advice as resolver is a mediation service and told me that as I had gone through resolver that they could not comment or help with any advice and that I needed to go through court. Although I did try to find information on resolver being a mediation service I could not find any and I was left disappointed. BEAWARE.

Waste of time using Resolver to attempt to deal with Virgin Media. All I got back from them was a reply saying they won't deal with complaints raised through 3rd parties, so contact them directly.
