    Maybe not, in ,matters such as this I have been taught not to make assumptions.

    Not as I recall, I think you will find that they amended it at a later stage. 

    I spent several years interviewing people for visas, it is highly unlikely that I would have missed something like this, I may be old, but I am not an old fool.
