Tenancy deposit time

Hi
Just a quick question, I'm waiting to get my tenancy deposit back after moving out of a rented property. The landlord was happy with everything and I can have my full deposit back. The estate agents say they processed it yesterday on the 12th. My question is when can I expect it to reach my bank account. The estate agents claimed they can't do same day payments but thought it would be in by now?

If the agency is a big company, "processed" might mean they have sent it to their finance team and it will be done in the next weekly payment run.
Or even if they do it daily, if it is a company they will probably be using BACS rather than the kind of manual Faster Payments that you or I would use, and BACS still takes three days to clear.0
