Hi all new to the forum just a quick question I had a council smart camera car 2 cars ahead of me yesterday it turned left and on the corner was one of those 30mph signs that flash to warm you your over 30 it was flashing as I drove past the turning and I noticed that the camera car had stopped.what I want to k ow is can these cars issue speeding tickets or local councils I was in enfield any answers will be great0
