Land Registry Legal Charge forms (CH1)

Hi,
I am loaning my parents some money to purchase a property (zero interest), but want to put a charge on the property. I have obtained the CH1 form, and the first few boxes are simple enough, however, I'm not sure with a few of the remaining boxes...
1. Box 7 states "The borrower with and then two check boxes - full title and limited title" - there's no mortgage, so my assumption is that this should be "full Title" - is that correct
2. Box 8 - totally lost ! - I (the lender) will be lending the whole amount as a single payment, so no ongoing obligagtion - do I just remove the two check boxes and leave empty ?
Reason for putting the charge is purely to protect my loan money from being taken into account should either parent need to go into a home
