Didneyland Paris Upgrade a Discovery annual pass to a Magic flex one bought from CE-Multiadvantages

Hi I recently purchased 4 Annual Discovery Passes via the Ce-multiadvantages site. As we are going in Sept it wasnt a problem as black out days are only at the weekend. I decided to treat my adult children to a couple of days in Feb as we had the pass thinking the entrance would be free not realising they are blackout dates. I havent used the pass yet so asked if they would exchange them for Magic Flex passes. Ce-multiadvantages have told me it has to be done in Disney. Has anyone had experience of exchanging a ce-multiadvanages pass before? Thanks for any help.
