Bad credit on wrong credit file

Hi, my partner has a twin and his twins bad credit for years keeps ending up on my partners account. Usually he goes to Experian and after months it gets taken off. It’s a long process but does get solved eventually. However it has happened again and this time we are due to apply for a mortgage soon and we can’t wait months again for it to be rectified. Is there anyway we can get it solved quicker and better yet prevent it?! Or do we just have to wait it out?

All you can do is keep pestering them. And keep a record of correspondence to provide to a lender if needed.
But check it's just Experian - does his twin's data appear on his other files?1 -
Thank you! At first it was just Experian but this one is on clear score too0
