Link parking & IAS fines

Link parking private company they are ripping people off by trying to take advantage no matter what. They offer an independent  advisor service which I took on but they dont seem to consider any extenuating circumstances or support the appellant. Link parking fined me for parking outside of my house on my spot because  my permit slid and wasn't clearly evident. They have a proof that I have purchased a parking permit on my name but they still gave me a fine of 100 for that day. I could reason and accept that is my responsibility eventhough it was a genuine mistake/accident but what is most frustrating  and unfair is that they fined me me for 2 days in a row. I was ill stuck in my house for 3 days. Therefore I didnt exit the house to see i had already  recieved one fine. This resulted eventually  me receiving another fine the next day! Even though I proved my sickness they still fined me £200 for 2 days! The IAS dismissed  my case by approving both of the fines! I appealed to the IAS  as advised but it was a waist of time as they dont consider any of my circumstances but only what is legal or not.  Not sure how indepedent is that.  The case has not been resolved in my favour and said to seek for indepedent  legal advice. Now I ve been penalised to pay the full amount as I decided to appeal.

No-one here advises trying that kangaroo court!  You wasted time, that's all.
Read a shedload of GLADSTONES claim/defence threads, as you will get a claim and we win 99% of them, and you need to prepare and learn how these scam PCNs can be beaten almost every time in a proper court.
No risk, no CCJ.  No huge costs.
NO PAYING.  Just read other Gladstones thread, as that is who will file this claim this year.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
