Any advice??
My son has recently arranged and paid for his wedding in las vegas. He was paying one agency to arrange it but has been told that as a different company which the agency used to book with has gone bankrupt in october. He was not informed until feb12th 2020. Because of this he has been told that their wedding will not be happening. They have been told to claim back the money through the bank which he uses. What is confusing us is that the people he has been paying to arrange the wedding , flights etc, have basically washed their hands of it and say its nothing to do with them. PLEASE HELP.
ANY ADVICE MOST WELCOME.

I think you need to name names.
Were any of these parties ABTA or another travel trade association members?
Had the organisers issued an ATOL certificate for the flight + hotel arrangements booked?0
