Does anyone give their dog dried antlers as a teeth cleaner?

Our boy picks these up at my nans. She gets them for her small dogs. He can chew it for an hour and it looks untouched.
Definitely considering getting a larger one for hin0 -
I have done in the past but did notice them wearing the teeth down quite rapidly, I would still give them but only very occasionally and fully supervised (as these sort of chews always should be). A couple of alternatives are buffalo horns, less/no damage to teeth but can break shards off, or Yakkers chews, no tooth damage or splintering but can be fattening if given too often. My boy is a huge chewer and a Yakker lasts him ages but my girl who's not usually a big chewer bites through them in seconds.1

My boy absolutely loves antlers.
I did buy a few buffalo horns but found two issues, the first one is the split and can become very sharp. I removed them after he cut his gum chewing on one. The second issue I found was they absolutely stink. Bit like perming solution. Very strong and not very nice at all.
I only use antlers now and I find our vets sells big ones at a lot less than Pets At Home.0 -
Most of the small pet shops where I live stopped stocking antlers as there were reports of dogs damaging their teeth on them.0

I use dried green tripe as a once a day treat. Keep in an air sealed box as it stinks but my dog loves it.0

Our dog loves antlers. Not had any problems with his teeth due to chewing on them and they last him ages with no mess or smells.0
