virgin media credit reporting

I am still struggling to get a response from this company after posting on here a few months ago.
the short story is, I was declared bankrupt in 2017, prior to this I had 3 defaulted accounts with virgin.
I paid all 3 accounts off in full in feb 2018 as I had a DCA chasing me and without knowing any better I paid the balances in full as they were threatening to apply another 3 CCJ's after my bankruptcy date and mess my credit file up again.
All 3 accounts are still being reported to my credit file as unsettled and with negative balances.
I have sent 3 separate complaints to virgin, all sent recorded delivery and included my bankruptcy cert and proof of payment of the accounts in full,as advised on here, they signed for the letters. I asked that they rectify the miss-reporting on my credit file or better still remove it altogether.
I waited the full 2 months and didn't hear back from them, so I then complained again via resolver as advised on here. I am 5 days away from reaching the 2-month wait and I still have had no response from virgin. Not even so much as an acknowledgement.
Is this normal?
I am stunned that they haven't even acknowledged my complaints, I thought a company of this size would want to get this resolved asap?
no point to this really other than a wee rant.
I'm guessing my next step (in 5 days) is to move the complaint on to the ICO?
Thankyou x

I know, Im more shocked at the complete lack of response rather than them not getting it sorted. Even if they were going t take a while to fix the issue they could at least have replied on resolver to say it was being looked into.
I will never use a service with this company again. I was because of their terrible service that I received that I left them anyways and that caused the messups and the defaults.
