Is this old mortar from underneath roof tiles? (hoping not asbestos)

Hi everyone, would really appreciate some advice to put my mind at rest. I have a 1930s semi with the original roof and red tiles. I decided to venture into the loft to have a quick look after the recent storm to make sure all was OK. On opening the loft cover I got covered in what I think (and hope) was old mortar. Looking in the roof void there's no felt on the tiles and it was very dusty. I could see what looked like mortar on the edges of the tiles, but mostly it had dropped off with lots on top of the insultation. I'm a bit paranoid about all things asbestos with having kids in the house and taking a closer look the mortar looked like it had hair and even twigs in it. I've posted a couple of pics, I'm guessing asbestos wouldn't have been used in this way at this time? When the space was re-insulated in 2013 the company never mentioned asbestos and neither does the home report from 2011. Advice most welcome. I could pay for a asbestos test but I feel a bit daft as a friend said it was definitely mortar.

Known as torching, was usually a mix of lime mortar and horse hair.1

Yes, my 1930 house had a roof just like it so don't worry, it's not going to be asbestos it's mortar1

Also just read that lime mortar fizzes with vinegar. Did a little test and a small sample fizzed like crazy. Thanks so much for the replies.0
