Not offended. Also baffled as to why Hiren's Boot CD would be suggested. It has 50+ programs. You need only one.
If you want to persist with Hiren's, these are the programs it contains;

Otherwise, you just need what I suggested.

Oh...have just noticed that you haven't completed the media creation stage. You don't need both ISO2USB.exe and Rufus. Choose one or the other.
