I'm new, hi!
I've been looking at property for a while now and the market in my village is really.hard to gauge... Other local 4x bed semi's are in for <£380k but this is on for £475k! It is an extended period property with better room sizes, but it's near the proposed HS2 route but I'm not seeing where £100k higher comes from?

Locally you can get this for £100k less similar garden size

Help me understand anyone?
Thanks!
(Can someone convert the links for me please...)

I can't help on price but it looked really lovely and full of potential until I got to the last picture!"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0
