No idea why so many people think it would be greedy. If we had more information to suggest that, then by all means it COULD be greedy. But there is nothing to suggest from the information we have that it would be.
I occasionally see large quantities of meat (20 or more packs) reduced heavily in the yellow sticker section.
Doesn't sound like it's a free-for-all with people fighting for the stickers, and this person is taking the lot. In fact, because this is a moral dilemma shows that some nature of consideration has been given. Not really greedy, is it.
Is it wrong to take all of them and freeze what I don't need today
So they DO need it.
leave the rest so others can get a bargain too?
That's just guessing that others would even want it, as they've not taken any of the meat already. This idea that others are waiting in the wings and you're prising it from their needy hands doesn't exist. If this person was certain others wanted the bargains, it wouldn't even be a dilemma.
So do you risk wasting the food altogether in the hope that you might possibly do someone a favour, who might need that favour less than you? Why chance it?

However, I would urge caution - I buy less and less yellow stickers, they're not good value because they're so close to their date, they go off in the freezer. I got sick of removing bread or baked goods, only to find the were covered in green mould. Or worse, smelly meat. It's not very money-saving and you really should freeze food when it's as fresh as possible, not on its last legs.
Are you sure you've got a freezer and not a larder?
If they come out covered in green mould that's the way they went in.1 -
Personally, I take what I know I can fit into my freezer, but only if I can afford it, am likely to use it all & not waste it. I will also pick up some for my family to have, eg my parents, my sister, and some for close friends too. So others do benefit from my bargain findings. With sharing it out, it eases the dilemma.1

TAKE SOME, LEAVE SOME, I find it infuriating that if there’s ten packs of say chicken breast reduced that someone comes along and takes the lot even when there are other folk stood. Yes take some but not all of it

Another thought. Many charities are given the food that is left over at the end of the day to use for feeding the homeless. My daughter in law is a volunteer with one such organisation called KEY (kitchen for everyone York).

Personally I'd only ever buy YS meat to eat on the day. It's the one product I often see that's 'turning' (going grey) at its sell by date.2

The retailer couldn't care less who buys how much; all it wants to do is rid itself of the stock. Buy as much as you want.1

Groups actually preparing meals to feed people that day are much more likely to take it.3 -

The OP did not state their circumstances.1
