Old Mortgage repossession - same bank holds my old company pension

Hello All - Not sure where to post this - I want to start tracking down an old company pension I had with a UK High Street bank. The problem I have is that after I left the bank in early 1990's, I lost my next job and ended up having my flat repossessed by the same High Street bank I used to work for. Repossession took place in around 1995. I'm not sure how long a Bank will hold this Mortgage repossession on their records (nothing in my current credit file). I'm worried if I make contact with the bank regarding my company pension that they have some 'marker' on my account and will come after me for non-payment of the old mortgage from 25 years ago. I've read Mortgage debts are held for around 12 years but not 100% sure. Probably sounds silly but this has been worrying me for a long time. Would appreciate any ideas/advice thanks
