Debt Management Plan
Hello,
I'm really hoping for someone to give me some advice. I have unfortunately got myself in a mess with money over the years. Credit cards when i was younger then a loan to pay the credit cards, then spent more on credit cards to get another loan. Now i am really struggling to get by each month with the payments. I currently live at home with my parents and like to pay my way as my dad is on a minimum wage job and my mum is unable to work. I have contacted Step Change who have suggested a Debt Management Plan. I owe over 30K and I can roughly afford to pay back £400 a month (According to Step Change) I have debts with; Halifax, Very, HSBC, Tesco Bank and Capital one. If i did go ahead with the debt management plan how likely is it I will be harrassed by my creditors? I am so scared that I will end up in Court but i see no other way forward.
Please help me

Hi, I have answered your post in the DMP Mutual Support thread. You need to start a new thread, in the main Debt-Free Wannabe board with your completed SOA (Statement of Affairs).I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.
I love my job0
