Detect and Record Wireless Thermostat Signal?

Is it possible to get a device I could plug into my laptop that would detect the signals that a wireless room thermostat sends out, such as the time the thermostat decided to switch on, how long it was on for and the time it reached it's set temperature?
The thermostat is a Worcester DT20 RF Mark II

Sounds like something a Raspberry Pi could be programmed to do.

Possible, but tricky becasue, AFAIK, there's no "plug & play" solution
You need a 433MHz receiver like this:.

NB that is not a recommendation
and then use it to intercept the signal. Then decode the protocol that the 'stat is using & transform that data into something usable by, say, excel.

it could be quicker, easier and less costly to point a webcam at it, just not as cool

Arduino would be cheaper than the Pi option. Plenty of cheap receivers boards. Same for SD card
addon cards. Under £20 for everything.
Just debugging one now, this was set to monitor voltage/current from several sources and combine
them and record to an SD card.
