Borrow my doggy refund

Has anyone had a refund. I signed up last year and never used this service. Forgot all about it as it wasn't for me. Auto renewal was taken without my knowledge.

You should ask, especially as you've not used your subscription, but the auto renewal aspect is mentioned at sign up for the paid membership. Which you would have consented to when you made your payment.

    Hi,
Just a message to the OP.  I'm not sure if you can get a refund but having read your message, I went to the web-site and found that you can cancel the auto-renew option on your account.  Like you, I did not realise that I had been set up for this. I signed up for the membership back in September, thinking it was for a year only. Luckily I've managed to untick it now.  Very cheeky of the company.
