Help to Buy Query

Is anyone aware of any changes to Help to Buy recently other than the recent mess of a consolidation of agents? My solicitor has informed me that the sellers solicitors are now saying that due to changes they require copies of stuff before exchange that my solicitor has never been asked for before:
- A copy of the executed equity mortgage;
- A copy of the executed mortgage deed;
- A copy of the executed transfer deed;
- A copy of the valuation report issued by the Lender;
- A copy of the Authority to Exchange once supplied by HTB;
- An undertaking from my solicitor.
Anyone know what's going on?

I'm not aware of any changes, for what is worth Authority to Exchange is always supplied by the HTB agency and was definitely a requirement when we bought 2 years ago. No idea about the others, but what do you care, that's why you are paying your solicitor.0
