Sorry you are right it was a CCBC i'm getting confused with the lingo. I have not attended court. In terms of paper work is there anything I need to complete?
In regards to unreasonable behaviour I'm pretty fuming with the time I've invested in this and the constant letters and threats from the company/ solicitors. Does this stand any reasonable grounds or is it simply not worth it...

No, it was a claim.
The CCBC is the County Court Business Centre. They send out Claiom Forms.
"fuming" doesnt cut it. What OTHER THREADS have you read to understand the def. of "unreasonale behaviour", so we dont have to type it out again.1 -

I’ve not read any threads so I have absolutely no idea on what the definition of “unreasonable behaviour” is. Didn’t realise it was a term. Will do the researchThanks for the help. Feel free to point out any useful threads on the matter.1

harassment is a pretty high bar to provethe fact they sent out debt collector letters and solicitor letters for a perceived non payment of an invoice isnt classed as harassment (even if you think it is) - its normal practicebricking your windows , intimidation and clamping your vehicle would count as unreasonable behaviourthink carefully about it !!!0

A CCJ cannot be dropped. A judge has decided the matter.
You can try to recover costs, write to the court, or issue a letter before claim. All is explained on the internet.
