Avoid Adrian Flux insurance like the plague.

Hi new to here .
my step daughter got learner insurance with flux . Was going great paid the deposit and one month after another for 7 months . She had past her test and as the policy said she must inform them as soon as she pass her test , flux the told her the insurance policy is now cancelled and she still has to pay the remainder 3 months fees of £105 .
so in full pay one year’s insurance and get 7 months only , with no  one years no clams and now there threatened to take a 17 year old to court for the money’s owed

any help would be great
THANKS

she can't have learner insurance anymore which seemed reasonable to end the policy, she has to have standard insurance be Comp or third party which will be far expensive than learner because no one is there to guide her.

Bare in mind paying monthly is never money saving and as you can see from the T+C they are very restrictive on what you can get back in refund and charge alot of admin fees

The policy should of been up graded to a new driver policy.   Not cancelled.   Paying monthly has nothing to do with it.  You pay a fee to pay monthly %.   But giving a 16 year old credit is against the uk law and then saying if you don’t pay we will take you to court
