Investment Advice anyone?

Hi, I am looking for advice on what and how to invest. Basically, I have been burnt in the past with etoro and its stop losses etc, so I know the pain. What I want to do now is: A stable Robo invest account with a start fund of £1000 and monthly input of £100 A shares/stock where I can input another £100 monthly where I can double down the dividends into the investment.

I have had a look and Nutmeg and Wealthify seem pretty good for the robo invest option. Now my dilemma is which platform is the best when it comes to buy shares? I know HL is the best in terms of customer service etc.. but not in terms of fees. So what's your recommendation? Obvs I wish to pay minimum charges and no exit fees. And ultimately, would it make sense to get a stocks and shares isa with HL/AJbell/CharlesStanley etc in order to have access to a range of stocks, given that stocks perform better in the long run than funds, and open a general non-isa investment account with either wealthify or Nutmeg?

Please also give me your opinion if these are the most sensible way to spend £200 a month that I am ready to keep away for years?

Until you've a sizable amount invested stick to comprehensive funds or investment trusts. The dealing costs and stamp duty will outweigh any benefits of small value trades.

Do you mean, its better I dump that £1000 in a Nutmeg or Weathify Stocks and Share ISA and let it play out for the next 5+ years?

with monthly contriubtions, you are really looking at 10-15 years as a minimum but otherwise, yes.

I use IWEB platform  for ISA. No issues. £5 per trade. My minimum trade would be £1000 to offset dealing costs.

Yes. Investing can be like watching paint dry. Compounding is your friend.
