Avro warm home discount

Have Avro always offered the warm home discount? I changed to Avro from British Gas in 2018 using the switching tool in mse. It said on the list that Avro didn't offer the discount but it was still worth me changing over despite this.
I've just checked the Avro website and it turns out they do now offer the discount. Did they actually offer this in 2018? If so I wish I'd known and could have applied.
