If they really want to move areas I would encourage them to investigate council house swap/exchange . Agree with many of the comments above, there is no way this young man should give up his secure home. Maybe you should emphasise to him how dificult it could be to find another council flat should things go horribly wrong (again).Decluttering, 20 mins / day Jan 2024 2/21
