Hi - my partner has a NatWest business bank account and a NatWest business credit card. I know you have to have the former to apply for the latter, but if she were to switch away (for instance, to avoid paying £5 a month for a poor current account...) would she have to repay the credit card immediately and close it?

Edit - I'm dumb and found my own answer. Simple answer is - close the current account and they'll give you notice to close the credit card.
