Apple sent invoice to non bill payer

I have family sharing attached to my iPhone and an adult family member purchased a free app with an automatic subscription attached. The invoice was emailed to the family but was addressed to me “Firstname” with my home address at the bottom. Apple cannot seem to explain why it was acceptable to email the non bill payer? It’s clear from my account my email is addressed to the payment details.  Surely this is deceiving?

What's deceiving about it?  I can't tell what you're getting at.  How was the invoice emailed to the family?  Sent to everyone in the family at their own email address, or you have a collective, family email address?  Why does it matter if your address was at the bottom - surely your family know where you live?
I'm guessing this is something embarrassing that you or someone else didn't want the rest of the family to know about?
What is it you actually want as an outcome?

The family sharing will have a "lead account" and that depending on how you have it set up it is the lead account holder that gets billed for all purchases. There are different ways to set up the family sharing where the lead account isn't the one billed but that is something handled from your user control panel.
