Sending More Supporting Information

Sent my Personal Independence form last week and have some more supporting information to send.

I saw this template and made a handwritten version as I dont have access to a printer, is that ok ?

Of course. As long as your intention is clear you can do this anyway you want.

If you can, keep a copy of everything you send the DWP.
