How to book a multi-stop flight with 3+ days stopover (or suggest a travel agent) please

As the title says, looking for help. We are going to Auckland next Jan/Feb and want to stopover somewhere for a few days on both the outward and inward legs.
I can't really clearly see how to do this anywhere. Can anyone advise or suggest a good travel agent please?
Thanks.

To clarify, I can see you can search for multi-stop flights on skyscanner but we are very flexible on dates and stopovers and I can't see a way to do multi-searches.
I'd like to say:
Starting from Madrid or London
Finishing at same.
Away for a total of x to x nights between a wide band of dates.
In Auckland for x to x nights.
Stopping over for between x and x on the way out and the way back.
Stopping over in any 2 of x, y, z, a b, c.

For a complex trip like yours I would go to a number of travel agents as a single agency may not check all available options. They may have links which make selling airline x more beneficial to them.

Try Trailfinders, they've always been good for me.1

If you're prepared to put in some time and find out which destinations are served by different airlines, it's fairly straight forward to book it yourself through the multicity option on most airlines websites.

We used Trailfinders for our trip to Australia with stop offs in both directions and internal flights. In some cases they can get you competitive hotel rates if you stay for a few nights en route but most importantly they updated us on any flight changes that occurred after booking even where times had only changed by a few minutes.
We would definitely use them again for such a trip.
