lloyds/mbna reporting to credit file

Hello

I wondered if anyone else was facing the same problem or can help me find out why this might be.

So i have two bank accounts and a credit card with lloyds and a credit card with MBNA and the last couple of weeks they are just not appearing on any of my credit files anymore.

Its not like they've been closed they are just not showing at all anymore - any ideas?

    Which credit files ?
There's other agencies, Transunion, Experian/MSE credit club, equifax/clearscore and I believe Credit Karma.

Have you raised a dispute at all with either lender ?
Sometimes the whole entry can be temporarily hidden whist an investigation takes place.
Or it could be a technical hitch.
Or, very occasionally, an entry can disappear altogether, with no explanation given whatsoever, i had such an account just vanish completely a few years ago, just keep an eye out and see what happens.

Some of my credit cards disappeared a few weeks ago. I waited and they turned up again. No idea why. I was in the middle of a mortgage application so was a bit angsty. Worked out in the end.
