ParkingEye - GDPR Breach?

How do you know it is a public road? 
Have you confirmed this with the local council, and have a COPY of the highways terrier to prove this? Evidence not supposition

the exact same thing has just happened to me. I’m parked on the public road outside that exact parking space, the evidence even shows my car next to the curb outside the car park. Yet I’ve received a ticket? 

Would be interested to know how is best to approach this and if you would be kind enough to help me?

As Wickolad hasn't been anywhere near the forum for over 6 months, I'm sure he's not going to help you. In fact there's no evidence that he has even been able to help himself. He's gone cold.
