one has to use a Redde Payment App for parking.

Are you sure, is it compulsory?  What is  "app" thingy of which you speak?

The sign gives the first option of obtaining a ticket from the nearest Parking Machine. Obtaining a virtual ticket by using Redde is the second option.

Therefore a motorist does not have to use a payment app if they are unable to or do not wish to.

It is irrelevant anyway since there is nothing prohibiting retrospective payment for the second hour by either method allowed.

Redde Payment App is very similar to Ringo App.
Paying via app is one of the way to pay for the parking permit. The other ways include
    - Using the machine - but in this case it was non-functional
    - Pay by phone - not selected as driver thought using app was easier
(I will rephrase my content in the draft and will list the other options)

That is correct, no information regarding the extension is mentioned anywhere

    Bump
Sorry, not the best time to ask for any feedback. But I am planning on sending this by Thursday.
I would genuinely appreciate any constructive feedback.
    Thank you.

Thanks OP, I was teasing.   I was trying to point out that, in matters which are liable to end up in court, accuracy in the use of the written word is a sine qua non.  A wrong word could cost you £££s

Maybe you should say "accuracy is important" as not everybody speaks Greek!
