Renewing UK Passport Online

Good evening,
I was trying to renew passport online, got to the last page for payment, I was using MacBook Safari and the payment failed due to the page not loading, therefore had to cancel application. No email to say it had been successful so I’m sure payment didn’t go through but has anyone else had any issues?

Did mine 10 days ago, no issues. (Firefox on W10)

I think the OP suspects his Macbook Safari may be the problem ?I also renewed a couple of weeks ago on Windows 10 with Firefox.1

I haven’t because it said payment failed and no email / text from the Government to say application was successful.mgdavid said:
