Unable to find a transcript of Jolley v Carmel Ltd [2000] 2 –EGLR -154 - help!

Hi,
I'm putting together my witness statement at the moment, as I'm due to defend in Brighton County Court at the end of the month (in relation to this - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/76257402).
I've included Jolley v Carmel Ltd
[2000] 2 –EGLR -154 as part of my defence (reasonable endeavours to pay), and I can't find a transcript of it anywhere - does anybody have one, or can point me in the right direction?

I can't find it either, but it's really not a game changer v UKCPM or any other PPC.
