Shop Direct "in default" but it's been paid off through Lowell

On my Clear Score report it is showing a Shop Direct account as In Default with a current balance of £1300 (credit limit £1325). It showed up on my report in October 2018, but it had been passed/sold onto Lowell in April 2016 and I had paid the full amount to Lowell by May 2017. The Lowell account is also showing on my report, but as Closed with a £0 balance.
I can't find any of the paperwork relating to it, and when I login to Lowell it doesn't show that account. By searching my bank statements I have paid 17x £64.75, 1x £64.72 and 1x 129.50, totalling £1294.97.
How do I go about removing the current balance and changing the default date?

Hi,
As you are aware, defaults stay on your file for 6 years, regardless of there status.
However the shop direct entry should now show as a zero balance too, with a status of settled,
Send a written complaint to shop direct, outlining your concerns, if they still fail to report the information correctly, you can escalate the matter to the ICO.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
