Yes you can buy the VLS80 fund from fidelity / AJ Bell, but the fidelity fund platform is twice as expensive than Vanguard's own platform, while AJ Bell has lower ongoing charges than Fidelity but also charges per transaction - which would add up if you were having to pay £1.50 per £200 transaction. If you really liked AJ Bell you could of course do your purchases less frequently than every month.2
