What happens if I lose bank dispute

Hi everyone my issue is that a buyer is claiming a parcel never came, however I did send it and since she disputed 20 days after it was done I don’t have proof of postage. Anyway if she hasn’t received I’m willing to do a refund. My account is now restricted I would like to know what happens in theses situations and whether I’d get a CIFAS marker
