It's unlikely that completion will happen within 12 weeks anyway. The property has just come on the market, even with no onward chain i'd be surprised at that quick turn around1

On the issue of it taking time to buy my previous tenants bought and technically gave me notice for April, they ended up moving in August. Luckily they had an understanding landlord who they had built an honest relationship with, the tenants before them were not honest and lied on numerous occasions without realising i knew they were lying to me, they were dealt with far differently as a result.When using the housing forum please use the sticky threads for valuable information.1

It's not such a big issue for us as it's only a 6 month tenancy and I won't be surprised if they say no. Worst case is we have some expensive storage for a month or two.0
