Hi lovely people,
I would like to know which one of those has more potential please. I would like to extent one day and would like to extent of the side if we get permission for it. Please give your 2 cents. Sorry cant post link yet

This one will have to get the boiler change as soon as we move in because they have an old boiler. This one seem they have enough space to extent on the side.

This one is cheaper but will have to do a lot more than the other one and can be extented as well but looking at the floor plan the small room is on the wrong side.
Thanks in advance.

My first response is that I hate 3d floorplans with a passion! That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.
House Bought July 2020 - 19 years 0 months remaining on term
Next Step: Bathroom renovation booked for January 2021
Goal: Keep the bigger picture in mind...0 -
I thought they have a non 3D floor plan as well lolMy first response is that I hate 3d floorplans with a passion!0 -
They're a bit "Look at our toy!" (see also gratuitous drone pics), but I can't get that excited about them.NewShadow said:My first response is that I hate 3d floorplans with a passion!
Anyway, the houses... They're both very similar, pretty generic, both in need of a thorough re-decorate. Both have utterly meh kitchens and bathrooms. The tupperware porch on one is hideous, but the other doesn't have any porch.
The most exciting thing about either is that I think we have a winner for worst carpet of the week...
So - whichever you prefer, OP. The floorplan of Parkstone has more scope, with a pre-existing decent-size kitchen. But if you prefer a separate dining room...
Some alternatives that look relatively interesting...

Of the two, I prefer the second one but I agree with Adrian- neither of them are going to set the Thames on fire.
